Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

Cancellations Two weeks or more notice: Refund of all payments less a $40 booking fee

Cancellations Less than two weeks & more than 48 hours: 50% Refunded

Cancellations within 48 hours of reserved stay and no shows will not receive a refund

Reservations of 20 nights or longer will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation total if cancelled after March 1st.

Reservation dates may be changed within 48 hours notice, subject to availability
