Refund Policy

Rental Refund And Reservation Shortening Policy - Deposits will be refunded if we are given 15 days notice of
your canceling out and you will not be penalized if you shorten your reservation within 15 days of your check-in. If
you do either within that 15 day window before your check in date, you will either lose your deposit should you cancel,
or be charged the full amount of your original length of stay if you want to shorten it.

 

Campsite Refund and Shortening Policy - Deposits will be refunded if we are given 2 weeks notice of your
canceling out and you will not be penalized if you shorten your reservation within 2 weeks of your check-in. If you do
either within that 2 week window before your check in date, you will either lose your deposit should you cancel, or be
charged the full amount of your original length of stay if you want to shorten it.

 

Seasonal Campsite Refund and Shortening Policy - Your $1000 deposit will be refunded as long as you cancel
out before February 15th 2026. After February 15th 2026 no refund will be given and you will have up until March 15th
to clean off your site and remove ANY AND ALL items from property. Only after everything is removed from property,
will you receive your deposit back. Should you decide to pack up before October 31st for whatever reason, there
will be no refunds.
