Pet Policy

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Outpost Motel, RV's and Cabin maintains strict guidelines regarding pets on the property. Please review and follow the policies below to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Leash and Supervision Requirements

  • All animals must be secured and leashed, including within your own site area, unless they are in a securely fenced enclosure or within the designated fenced dog park.

  • If your dog is found without a leash, you may be subject to removal from the park without a refund.

  • Pets must not be left unattended inside campers for extensive periods of time (more than an hour).

Clean-Up Responsibilities

  • Pet owners are required to immediately remove and properly dispose of pet feces.

  • Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a $25 additional reservation assessment and removal from the park without a refund.

Aggressive Pets

  • Aggressive pets are strictly prohibited on the property, without exception. This includes any pet with a known history of aggression or any behavior that poses a threat to other guests, staff, or animals.

  • Outpost Motel, RV's and Cabin reserves the exclusive right to evaluate and determine whether a pet displays aggressive tendencies, based on observed behavior or documented history.

  • Any camper in violation of this policy must immediately remove the aggressive pet from the premises. Such pets are not permitted to return under any circumstances.

  • By bringing a pet onto the property, you represent and warrant that your pet has not exhibited aggressive tendencies or behaviors.

Management Rights regarding pets

  • Outpost Motel, RV's and Cabin management reserves the sole discretion to evaluate, approve, deny, or revoke permission for any pet to remain on the property, with or without cause and at any time and defend other guests from aggressive pets by any means necessary to ensure their safety.

  • Management may require documentation, such as vaccination records, behavioral assessments, proof of training, or other evidence of a pet’s temperament, history, or suitability.

Breed Restrictions

  • Breeds considered capable of causing grievous bodily harm, such as pit bull mixes, chows, Rottweilers, and similar breeds, are not permitted in the park.

Wildlife Awareness and Safety

The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including but not limited to bears, mountain lions, antelope, snakes, spiders, wasps, and bees. While enjoying the natural beauty and rugged frontier of the area, guests are advised to remain vigilant at all times.

Attractants and Food Safety

To minimize the risk of attracting wildlife to your site, do not leave food or food-related items outdoors. Properly store all food inside your RV or vehicle when not in use.

Safe Movement Around the Park

For your safety, avoid walking in isolated areas, especially those with tall grass, poor lighting, or near the dumpster at night. These areas may increase the likelihood of unwanted wildlife encounters.

Wildlife Encounters and Park Limitations

Despite our efforts to keep wildlife out of the park, encounters may occasionally occur. The surrounding environment is naturally attractive to local wildlife, and complete exclusion is not possible.

Booking Considerations

If the possibility of encountering wildlife is a concern, please carefully reconsider your decision to book a stay at the park.

Fire Safety and Campfire Regulations

Campfires are a cherished part of the camping experience but are subject to strict regulations for the safety of all guests and preservation of the surrounding environment. There may be periods when campfires are prohibited due to an active fire ban. Always inquire with management before starting a fire to confirm whether campfires are currently permitted.

Campfire Guidelines

  • All campfires must be contained within the designated fire rings provided at your site.

  • Fires must never be left unattended at any time.

  • The flames of any campfire must not exceed a height of 2 feet.

  • When finished, ensure your campfire is fully extinguished before leaving the area.

  • All fires must be completely out by midnight.

Tent Site Camp Fire Policy

Please note that campfires are not allowed at any time in tent sites. If you wish to enjoy a campfire, consider upgrading to an RV site, where fires are permitted in accordance with park regulations.

Quiet Hours Policy

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all guests, quiet hours are strictly observed each day. During these designated hours, guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum. This includes reducing conversations, music, and any other activities that may disturb others in the park.

Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors and help maintain a tranquil atmosphere during these times.

Laundry Facilities

For your convenience, coin-operated laundry machines are available on site. Please note that these machines accept quarters only, so be sure to bring the appropriate change.

We kindly request that you promptly remove your laundry from the machines within 15 minutes of the cycle’s completion. Should laundry remain in the machines beyond this timeframe, it will be removed by staff to maintain availability for other guests.

Trash Disposal Guidelines

To maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the campground, it is important to follow proper trash disposal procedures:

  • Do not overfill the dumpster. If the dumpster is full, please wait until the next scheduled pickup day or contact management to arrange for your trash to be held. Pickup days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

  • Prohibited Items: The following items are not permitted in the dumpster under any circumstances:

  • Hazardous waste

  • Liquids

  • Electronics

  • Tires

  • Materials containing refrigerants

  • Wet paint

  • Chemicals

  • Batteries

  • Fuel

  • Asbestos

  • Appliances

  • Mattresses

  • Any other item considered bulky (i.e. does not fit in a trash bag)

Improper disposal of any prohibited item listed above will result in a $100 assessment to your reservation.

Camper Condition and Auxiliary Vehicle Requirements

While there is no age restriction for campers, all units must be maintained in good working order and present a neat and non-offensive appearance. Campers with damaged exteriors, broken windows, plywood repairs, active leaks, flat tires, improper site setups, or any unsafe or unsightly conditions—including window air conditioning units—are not permitted on the premises.

If your camper is found to be leaking water or sewage, immediate action will be taken and your unit will be disconnected from utilities and asked to vacate the site without receiving a refund. Similarly, campers with electrical shorts or unsafe electrical hookups will be unplugged to ensure safety.

Each camper must have a working vehicle capable of towing the unit. Drop-offs by third parties are not allowed unless the camper can be properly hauled away with guest’s vehicle. If you are uncertain whether your camper meets these standards, you are encouraged to send a photo for prior approval.

For stays over 30 days, the camper unit must be self-contained with a working restroom and shower.

Additional Winter Requirements

During the winter months, specifically from November through April, additional requirements are in effect to prevent freezing issues. All guests must use a proper heated hose designed for RVs if they wish to remain continually connected to the water supply during this period. If you do not have a heated hose, you may fill your tank during the daytime and disconnect immediately after filling, or you may use the clubhouse facilities for restrooms and showers.

For guests staying longer than 30 days, the use of a heated hose is mandatory. If you are connected to the water supply without the appropriate heated hose and a freeze occurs that affects the water source, a charge of $300 will be assessed. It is your responsibility to check each night to ensure that your heated hose is functioning properly.

Tarps, Tents, Shade Structures, and Other Structures

Temporary shelters such as tents and “easy-up” style shade structures are permitted for use on your campsite, but their placement is limited to a maximum duration of seven days. Should you wish to install a more substantial or semi-permanent shade structure, prior approval from the manager is required. Any such structure must comply with the specific property guidelines to ensure consistency and safety throughout the campground.

Only form-fitting covers specifically designed for bicycles or cars are allowed. Carports are not permitted anywhere on the property. Additionally, the use of tarps to cover any portion of your RV or campsite is strictly prohibited.

All exterior furnishings on your campsite should be suitable for outdoor or camping use. Items typically intended for indoor use, such as sofas, chairs, refrigerators, freezers, and kitchen tables, are not allowed outside on your site.

Fencing is restricted to a maximum height of 24 inches and may only be placed within the area directly beneath your rig’s awning.

Flags and signs displayed at your campsite or elsewhere in the campground must adhere to community standards. In particular, flags or signs that feature the Confederate flag, BLM, reference politicians or political candidates, or include vulgar or profane language are not permitted. Guests found in violation of this policy will be required to remove the offending item. If a guest refuses to comply, they will be asked to vacate the property.

Arrival and Check-Out Procedures

Guests are welcome to check in starting at 1:00 PM. While the park will do its best to accommodate requests for earlier check-in, this cannot be guaranteed. If you require an early arrival, please call ahead to inquire about availability.

Check-out time is set for 11:00 AM. If you need to stay beyond this time, please arrange it in advance to avoid additional charges. A late check-out fee of $10 per hour will apply for departures after 11:00 AM. Should you remain on site past 1:00 PM without prior arrangement, you will be charged for an additional day.

Guests may arrive at any time. However, for arrivals after 10:00 PM, park staff assistance may not be available. If you plan to arrive late, please be prepared to utilize park maps and locate your assigned site independently upon arrival.

Tent site arrivals must arrive during daylight hours.

Grounds Rules

All vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas. Parking on the grass is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to park grounds.

  • It is not allowed to drive nails into, cut, or otherwise damage any trees or shrubs on the property. Guests are expected to respect and preserve the natural landscaping throughout the park.

  • The speed limit within the park is 5 mph at all times and in all areas. This rule applies without exception to ensure the safety of all guests and staff and to keep dust to a minimum.

Cancellation Policy and Deposit Requirements

Cancellation Procedure

To receive a refund for a cancellation, it must be 7 days in advance of your reserved arrival date. If you wish to cancel your reservation and receive your refund, you must send an email cancellation request to LANA@CIRCLECRV.COM at least seven days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please note that a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

One-Night Stays

For reservations of one night only, cancellations are not permitted, and the deposit is non-refundable.

Electric Deposit and Site Requirements for Long-Term Stays

For guests staying 30 days or longer, a $200 deposit is required in addition to the regular rent. This deposit covers both electricity usage and site condition at the end of your stay. The deposit will be applied to your final month’s electric consumption, which is calculated based on the meter reading taken at the end of your last month.

If your electric usage totals less than $200, the remaining balance will be refunded to you. If your usage exceeds $200, you will be billed for the additional amount. Electricity is charged at a rate of $0.17 per kilowatt-hour. Please note that you are responsible for regularly reading your meter to keep track of your consumption, as management only reads meters at the end of each month. This practice helps ensure you are not surprised by your final bill.

For rental periods shorter than 30 days, electricity is included in the lot fee and no separate deposit is required.

Site Cleanliness and Deposit Deductions

An additional $50 will be deducted from your deposit or charged in addition if no refund is due, if your site is left with bulky items, trash, or pet feces upon departure. To avoid being charged for items or waste not left by you, please immediately report or photograph any such issues found at your site upon arrival and notify management so the matter can be addressed, and you are not held responsible.
