  Our largest and most popular sites, #64-#72 are 60'x23', known as the "West Row", are close to our Beach Path and Paradise Cove (the resort's picnic and event area). Sites have 50/30/20 amp hookups included! Sites back up to a bamboo fence. A railroad track runs 100 feet west of our property on the hill behind the West Row. RVs have great morning sun and a gentle sunset in the rear of the site! Site Lock is not required, as we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, if you are traveling with friends or family or simply wish to guarantee a specific site number within the site type, you will wish to Site Lock. If tow vehicles do not fit, an assigned parking pass must be purchased @ $20 per day.

  Motorcoach Pull-Thru

  [61ft long x 19ft wide] Motorcoach - 35'-46' ft. Full Hookups (Water, Sewer, 30/50 AMP, HDTV, Wi-Fi, Picnic table, Palm tree, Satellite reception, short walk to our hot-tub!!! Site includes parking for 1 RV and 1 vehicle onsite. Sites have 50/30/20 amp hookups included! Motorhomes are preferred for these sites because of the fit of slide outs. Friends that wish to book 2 Pull Thru Sites are able to park side by side or park awning to awning as there are hookups on both sides of the sites! Site Lock is not required (excluding those whom wish to park side by or side or park awning to awning), as we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, if you are traveling with friends or family or simply wish to guarantee a specific site number within the site type, you will wish to Site Lock. If tow vehicles do not fit, an assigned parking pass must be purchased @ $20 per day. * On occasions, Trailers 30'-45' are allowed...but note that trailers don't fit well on these sites due to location of hook ups and blocking off our driveway while unhooking truck. * ...call for details or concerns.

  Resort Back-In / South Lane

  [52x23] Sites #31-#43 are along our quieter South Lane and are steps away from the Pool and Clubhouse. This less traveled lane is popular because they have great daytime sun, but are shaded during peak heat hours in the late afternoon. Sites have 50/30/20 amp hookups included! Motorhomes and Trailers up to 40' will fit (with the exception of large trucks). South Lane arrivals must pull in the south lane in order to back into the site... Please do not pull in our main entrance. Site Lock is not required, as we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, if you are traveling with friends or family or simply wish to guarantee a specific site number within the site type, you will wish to Site Lock. If tow vehicles do not fit, an assigned parking pass must be purchased @ $20 per day.

  Resort Back-In / The Cove

  Convenient location near Paradise Cove, our picnic and event area!!! Sites are 42ftlong x 25ft wide. Motorhomes - up to 38' and trailers up to 36' should fit well. Site includes Full Hookups (Water, Sewer, 30/50 AMP Electricity, HDTV, Wi-Fi, Picnic Table for 6, palm tree. Sites #73-78, Special booking requirements and rate for #74 and #78 (must choose site lock fee). #74 includes a nice patio and river rock landscape, & #78 is largest and closest to our beach path and is 43'x33 (includes a pad for car parking), Site Lock is not required (excluding the above special booking requirement), as we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, if you are traveling with friends or family or simply wish to guarantee a specific site number within the site type, you will wish to Site Lock.   Rate is for 1 out of 2 Sites. Please book site #44 and #45 to book your group sites! Sites face each other with a shared picnic and barbecue area. Sites include 30 and 50 amp hookups, site #45 is 40' long, site #44 is 35' long. Area includes 2 picnic tables and 1 charcoal grill! MUST BOOK BOTH "GROUP" SITES IF YOU HAVE A GROUP OF 2 RVS!!!   [57x23] Sunset Sites 46-52 have a great west facing view and nice evening sun...the best fit for 5th Wheel Trailers. Good proximity to our beach walkway and restrooms and easy to park in! #52 (19' wide) but has private back area. Motorhomes - up to 46 Feet. Trailers up to 45 Feet. Site includes Full Hookups (Water, Sewer, 30/50 AMP Electricity, HDTV, Wi-Fi, Picnic Table for 6, palm tree. 1 RV and 1 vehicle should fit on site.   Premium Back-In / Bamboo Hillside

  For those who want more privacy and a bamboo hillside as your back window view! These 30 amp sites are the only sites with rear bamboo and landscaping so you can enjoy a natural setting. The sites are up to 40' long and can accommodate Motorhomes up to 33' and Trailers up to 26'. #55, #56, and #63 have special booking requirements (you must pay site lock fee) and rates and/or can accommodate LARGE RVs up to 37' and are the only sites in this section with 50 amp power. [43x25] Site Lock is not required (excluding the above special booking requirement), as we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, if you are traveling with friends or family or simply wish to guarantee a specific site number within the site type, you will wish to Site Lock. Close to the Beach Gate, Paradise Cove (our family picnic/ event area), and our Restroom/Shower facilities make these sites perfect for those wanting to head to the beach and convenient for families that need to be close to the facilities as well!   Best Value on San Diego Coast!!! Sites #13 to #16; These smaller, convenient sites are pull thrus except for #15 and face south! Great sun, proximity to our amenities, and made for Motorhomes 30' and under as well as smaller trailers 23' max. Great for Class C, Class B or a smaller Class A RV! #13 is [30x24] 30amp, #14 is [32x19] 30 amp, #15 is [32x19] 30 amp, #16 is [50x19] 30/50 amp. Site #16 is the only 50 amp in this site category and can fit 35' RVs (you need to lock this site if you require this size and amperage). Site Lock is not required (excluding the above special booking requirement), as we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, if you are traveling with friends or family or simply wish to guarantee a specific site number within the site type, you will wish to Site Lock.
