Staff is very friendly. Grounds are very well kept up. Doggies galore =)

We love this park. Friendly, family owned and fairly quiet. It’s close to the beach and many nearby attractions.

Only minor issues. In the back, where we were parked. There is a train track and several metro link style trains went by at various times during our stay. Could’ve had one freight style, but not sure. WiFi at times was buffering and a bit of a pain having to call the WiFi company tengo to get assistance connecting our smart televisions.

This resort is a great stop when we’re in Oceanside. It’s a friendly, family owned business. They have many amenities to include a pool and beach access.

We received excellent, friendly service from Allen immediately upon our arrival to the resort. Everyone we encountered was very courteous and professional. Other guests were equally friendly and welcoming. We will definitely return for another visit!

Clean easy access to pool showers and office

Very clean sight and friendly staff. Enjoyed the hired musicians, maybe have them play by the fire pits and not the pool. Had a nice time!
