Very clean, nice pool ans jacuzzi, short walk to the beach ans right on a bike path.

The park was very clean well policed all the workers are very helpful. Close to the beach and a multitude of restaurants. Will definitely be back

The park is quiet and in a great location for beach access and trendy restaurants. The person that directed us to our site was friendly and upbeat.

This is a little hidden gym in the middle of the city. The spaces are nice and clean. The whole park is super clean, the area is amazing, walking and biking distance to so many things we will for sure be bac.

Had everything I needed, quiet, and felt secure.

Nice RV resort , clean facilities, friendly staff, super easy check-in, close to beach, dog-friendly. We didn't go into the pool/hot tub but it looked nice. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The only issue we had was a grey water back up when we went to dump our tank at the site.

PBTS is exactly what they advertise, which for RV parks & resorts is rare. Sites are clean and proportional. The amenities are clean, modern, well maintained. The location is ideal. Oceanside is a fun town and combined with nearby Carlsbad you have it all.

This place is great. They help back you on level pads with working water/service/electricity and sewer. The staff is great. The place is kept very clean with daily cleaning of the park, restrooms, showers, pool and all the amenities. The beach is near by, but the city stop maintenance it about 10 years ago. So drive 10 minutes to the pier and pay $5 for all day parking. The pier is great. They have food and deserts. I have been going for 3 years and love it. I go 3 times a year. Do your self a favor and book here.

Great spot very quiet and always fun !

Very fun place to stay. Great for kids, lots of kids riding around. My son was able to make friends. The proximity to beaches is good but away from busy Oceanside Pier area. Great for bike riding along Pacific coast highway. Only con is the dog runs smell because of the fake grass. They either need to be hosed down day and night, allow for a hose so they can be hosed down after a dog urinates or just pull it up and use sand.
