Cancellation Policy

By making a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

🌍 International Guests (Including Canada): Standard cancellation policies apply to all reservations. No exceptions will be made regardless of border status.

🏡 Park Home & Cabin Reservations:

• All lodging deposits are strictly non-refundable.

⛺ Campsite Reservations (Booked in the PREVIOUS Calendar Year):

• 30+ Days Notice: Refunded to original payment method, minus a 1-night cancellation fee.

• Less than 30 Days Notice: Entire deposit is forfeited.

⛺ Campsite Reservations (Booked in the SAME Calendar Year):

• 10+ Days Notice: Refunded to original payment method, minus a $25 cancellation fee.

• 2 to 9 Days Notice (24–216 hours): No cash refunds. A $75 cancellation fee is applied, and any remaining balance will be issued as a Future Stay Account Credit.

• Less than 24 Hours Notice: Entire deposit is forfeited (no refunds, no account credits).
