Terms & Conditions
Check in/out:
- Check in is at 1:00 pm. Check out is at 11:00 am
Campsites:
- You are assigned a campsite upon arrival.
- Campsites should always be left as you found them. Unkept sites are subject to cleaning and trash disposal fees with a minimum $25.00 charge. This includes any garbage left in the firepit after checking out.
- Do not walk or occupy space in/through other peoples sites.
- The speed Limit is 5mph throughout the entire park.
- Curfew for all children is 10:00 PM. All children under 18 are required to be at their campsites by 10:00 PM.
- Any violations of any park rules may result in eviction without a refund.
- We do not tolerate criminal activity. We reserve the right to run a basic CCAP to ensure the safety of all campers.
Dumpsters:
- There are dumpsters behind the bar for your camping garbage use only. Please no home garbage or things such as camp chairs in the dumpsters.
Bathhouses:
- There are bathrooms with free showers available on the back side of the bar.
Quiet Times:
- 12:00 AM (Midnight) to 8:00 AM
Pets:
- Pets are required to be on a leash at all times when outside of your camping unit.
- Pets should never bark incessantly and must be quieted immediately.
- Pets will be cleaned up behind at all times - Poop bags are available for purchase at the bar if you are in need.
- Animal waste should put in the garbage or dumpsters and should NEVER be put in the firepits.
- Pets should not be left unattended
- No aggressive dogs are allowed on the property
- Holes in the ground left by pets will be subject to charges to repair the holes with a minimum $25.00 charge.
Fires:
- Campfires are the responsibility of the guest. Campfires are to be built only in the provided firepit and not left unattended.
Play equipment:
- Swing set is on site - Play at your own risk, Paradise Pines Resort is not responsible for accident or injury.
Fireworks:
- NO fireworks of any kind are allowed within the campground at anytime.
Food/Garbage Storage:
- There are wild animals, such as black bear in the area. Please keep all food/garbage contained to keep animals from digging in the campground for food.
Golf Cart and ATV/UTV policies:
- We are located near the Buffalo River State Trail so we allow campers to bring their ATV/UTVs to their campsites.
- Speed limit in campground is 5 MPH. Must be followed at all times
- Reckless or Unsafe Riding Will Not Be Tolerated.
Bar/Grill:
- Most Saturday Evenings (and occasional Friday's or Sunday's) during the camping season there is music in the tiki bar That can be heard throughout the campground.
- Bar hours are:
Monday - 3:00pm to 8:00pm or later
Tuesday - Closed
Wednesday - Closed
Thursday - 3:00pm to 8:00pm or later
Friday - 3:00pm to close
Saturday - 11:00am to Close
Sunday - 11:00am to 6:00pm
Kitchen closes 30 minutes before close on Monday, Thursday, Sunday and closes at 9:00pm on Friday and Saturday evenings

Wisconsin statues 895.525 (3) & (4):
"...A participant in a recreational activity engaged in on premises owned or leased by a person who offers facilities to the general public for participation in recreational activities accepts the risks inherent in the recreational activity of which the ordinary prudent person is or should be aware."
Responsibilities of participants.
(a) A participant in a recreational activity engaged in on premises owned or leased by a person who offers facilities to the general public for participation in recreational activities is responsible to do all of the following:
1. Act within the limits of his or her ability.
2. Heed all warnings regarding participation in the recreational activity.
3. Maintain control of his or her person and the equipment, devices or animals the person is using while participating in the recreational activity.
4. Refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to the death or injury to himself or herself or to other persons while participating in the recreational activity.
(b) A violation of this subsection constitutes negligence.
