By completing your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Acceptance is required prior to arrival and check-in.
1. Check-In & Check-Out
RV Check-in begins at 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM for all site types
2. Store Hours:
Sunday: 9a-6p
Monday-Thursday: 10a-6p
Friday; 10a- 8p
Saturday: 9a-8p
Snack bar closes 1 hour before store closes.
Pool hours:
Sunday-Thursday: 11a-6p
Friday & Saturday: 11a-7p
3. Arrival & Departure
All guests must check in at the store upon arrival
Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and additional fees
4. Payments & Fees
Full or partial payment is required to secure a reservation
Any remaining balance will be automatically charged 3 days prior to arrival
All credit card transactions are subject to a 4% processing fee.
Declined or failed payments may result in reservation cancellation
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Campsites:
*8+ days prior to arrival: Refund minus $10 fee
*7 days or less: No refund
*Holidays and special events: Non-refundable
Additional Terms:
*No refunds for early departure or weather
No credits issued for future stays
6. Guests & Visitors
*All guests must be registered to the reservation
*You must be 21 or older to rent a site and you are responsible for the rest of the party.
7. Quiet Hours
11pm-7am
*Please keep noise, including music, to a minimum
*Failure to comply may result in removal without refund
8. Pets
*Must be registered and must be fully vaccinated.
*Must be leashed (max 10 ft) and cleaned up after.
*Not permitted in pool or playground areas, in store, Rec room, or shower house
9. Golf Carts & Vehicles
*Personal carts must be registered and insured
*A daily fee may apply
*Drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license.
*No ATVs, minibikes, or unapproved vehicles permitted
10. Swimming & Amenities
Pool Hours:
*Starting May 23-Sept 7
*Everyday 11a-6p
*Courts & Playground: Open daily from 9:00 AM to dusk
*Swimming and activities are at your own risk
*Children must always be supervised
11. Fire & Safety
*Campfires must be fully extinguished when unattended
*We sell firewood and campers are allowed to bring in firewood from outside campground
12. Conduct & Behavior
*No vandalism, abusive language, or destruction of property
*Alcohol allowed at campsites only; no public intoxication
*Drinking and driving is prohibited
13. Site Rules
*RV Sites: One RV permitted. NO tent if RV is there. A tent needs their own site.
*Please dispose of trash in designated dumpsters
14. Photo Release
* By entering Paradise Pointe Campground guests consent to the use of their image, likeness, or voice in photographs or video recordings for promotional and marketing purposes.
*If you prefer not to be included, please notify the office upon arrival.
15. PONDS AND FISHING
*No swimming in any of the ponds.
*Fishing is allowed in designated areas only.
*Do not need a fishing license
* DO NOT REMOVE GOLDFISH and fish FROM goldfish PONDs and no fishing in goldfish ponds
16. Liability Notice
*Paradise Pointe Campground is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from inherent risks of camping,
*By staying at the campground, guests accept all associated risks.
