Well, there's not much that can be said that's positive, but I will do my best. It was a campground with full hookups just off the highway. It was there when we needed to stop after driving a long way and we needed to sleep. It was their off season (October). There was no one there to check in with, we were told where the spots with full hookups were over the phone (made reservations on CampSpot app). It was really dark (we arrived after sunset), no lights anywhere, really glad we had powerful flashlights with the truck headlights. There were what appeared to be unoccupied campers also parked there with junk piled up outside each one. It was really muddy too, not enough to get stuck but definitely enough that my camper and truck were a total mess by the time we left the next morning. There was no trash facility so we packed it up when we left. I would say it's utilitarian, not anything enjoyable. Perhaps if we were race fans during race season it would be different. I'll hope for everyone else's sake that is the case.

We appreciate your feedback. Our campground was closed for the season, but we accommodated you as a courtesy. Since we were off-season, there were no lights or trash facilities. The other RVs were stored for customers—not occupied. It’s disappointing to receive a negative review when we went out of our way to help. We hope you consider that off-season stays may lack full amenities. Safe travels!
