Stayed around Thanksgiving and was the only person in the rv park. The trails were awesome. Spots were nice. Lake was pretty. Easy in and out. Loved it

First it has a beautiful view of Lake Whitney, second there were deer everywhere! So cool! I love that they have the restaurant/bar that is within walking distance. We rode our e-bike all over (well, my husband did the driving of said e-bike. I rode on the back seat.) and we enjoyed seeing the different views of the lake and the landscape from other close by RV parks and campgrounds. It was peaceful and just nice to get away. Also they have live music both Friday and Saturday nights, which is fun.

This was only my 2nd time in my entire 64 years to go camping. I loved the view. We parked our RV right next to Lake Whitney, the sunset was gorgeous. I especially loved that we were in walking distance of Shooky's on the Lake, so I didn't have to prepare a meal!! We ate lunch shortly after our arrival & ate outside on a picnic table on the spacious deck, facing the lake. We went back that evening with family & friends for dinner & music by D-Rail Acoustic (Darrell Ray). As a bonus we also got to hear Travis McWilliams, both were fantastic. We will definitely go again!

Friendly staff, great views. I loved the flag in front of Shookys, although it was faded and tattered. Also noticed no light on it at dark. I loved the food and entertainment at shocks bar and grill. The live music was awesome. I will definitely be back as soon as I can.

Relaxing and enjoyed our view of the lake and wildlife from our RV spot. The RV park manager was top notch! Need to give that girl a raise! Maintenance man was so helpful too.

We chose this location right after we bought our RV. We have been getting to know our fifth wheel here. Its been very nice being at a location that is safe, friendly and quite nice being so close to the lake. Deer everywhere! Very tranquil and scenery is just beautiful. They have a awesome restaurant and bar. Super nice people!

Everything Was clean the ones running it stayed in touch and wanted to know if we needed anything it’s a smooth running machine

We love the remote feeling staying here. Not a lot of people. Beautiful lake!!!! Our first long stay after we purchased our RV. Close to town of Whitney, love being on the lake. Dogs love it too! A gem in RV parks!!

Very dusty and no place to fish that wasn’t too rocky

Camp was a beautiful spot overlooking the Whitney Lake. Camp sites are a little close, not much room for parking.. There was no dumpster to throw your trash in, but other wise very nice. Will be back. Snookys Restaurant is a load of fun,McKenzie was super nice.

Love location, would like to see tables with cover’s and sewer connections. $60 too high for not having these compared to other campsites.fire ants were bad, we had to poison all 4 sites and the camper we rented, but overall we had a great time. Can’t wait till it fully opens
