Cancellation Policy

Short Term RV (less than 1 month) & Glamping: If a reservation is cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable $25 transaction fee; or Camp Credit in the full amount can be elected. For a cancellation of a reservation more than 2 weeks, but less than 3 weeks, prior to the arrival date we issue Camp Credit for 50% of the payment and the balance is forfeited.  For a reservation cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited to Peace River Oaks. This policy also applies to date changes. Reservations made within the cancellation policy are non-refundable. You can transfer/gift your standing reservation to a friend or family member.

Long Term RV (1 month+): If Reservation is cancelled 90+ days prior to arrival, a full refund will be issued less a $500 cancellation fee. If reservation is cancelled 60-89 days prior to arrival, 50% refund will be issued. If reservation is cancelled less then 60 days prior to arrival, NO refund will be issued. We cannot offer refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
