Nice facilities.

We had a comfortable stay at our camp spot. We arrived later in the night making it extremely dark as we found where our campsite is located. A park ranger found us and led us straight to our campsite which was SUPER helpful and thoughtful. The campsites have benches to eat and play games at, as well as a VERY clean grill to cook on. The sunrise over the mountains was a sight to see and needless to say I would definitely do it again!

The sites are awesome and a beautiful spot with lots of hiking and the hosts were absolutely great very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back next year !

Beautiful Park. Well maintained, and yet you get a feel for the "wild". I usually don't camp in campgrounds but thought I'd give this a try! Was NOT disappointed! Some campsites are close, but in December I had the place to myself! Beautiful views, and some easy/moderate trails to get up close to the beauty of the desert. A great place for people to experience the beauty of the Superstition area, especially those not able to truly get into the Backcountry. Thank you for making something accessible to most people! Clean vault toilets!

This park was beautiful, the care to maintain the desert ecosystem was appreciated. We loved the stars at night and the absolute quiet! No generators!!

Park is has beautiful scenery, it’s very well maintained, restrooms are clean, the camp sites are really nice & are spaced out really well, all sites come with a picnic table & fire pit/bbq.

This park is incredible! It is well maintained, the campsites are located far enough apart from each other that you have a sense of privacy, the views are astounding, and the area hiking trails are breathtaking!

Beautiful with gorgeous scenery, accommodations very nice camping, so nice with no one around. Great, caring staff. Suggestion - experience, while hiking the trails within the park, was not as pleasant as it could be listening to sound and smelling gas fumes of ORVs that are allowed, which is too bad. Because of the relatively small size of Park, it only takes one to negatively affect the ambience of an otherwise nice experience. Trails I went on are very nice. One other concern was how wide the roads are and the size of certain cleared areas like the equestrian staging area. Seemed a bit overkill especially considering the impact on habitat cleared. But overall this little Park is a gem set in an amazing setting that could have warranted National Monument status.

Such a beautiful spot. The park host were so accommodating. I came in late at night and set up in the wrong spot, they worked with me and allowed me to stay in the same spot since no one was booked for the week there. I was set up next the VERY clean porta potty, twice a day the Ranger stopped by to sweep and clean. I will note, if you have never been make sure you get there during daylight. The sign into the actual park isn't lit up. Which is okay, the less light will make a difference when you're stargazing.

Absolutely breathtaking springtime views...perennials are in bloom. Clean, organized, well maintained. My only negative is that the sites are very small making it very difficult to fit more than a small 4 person (meaning 2 person) tent in most spots. Even then you're basically set up next to the table. And if you use a truck tent , there's a huge Boulder in the way of entrance/exit of the vehicle. Wish the plots were a little larger. Its doable though. Very peaceful. Nice hosts! Loved our stay.
