Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/ REFUND POLICY :
For cash or credit refunds, we follow these guidelines:

4 days or more of arrival date:  100% refund, minus $25  processing fee
3 Days or less from arrival date 90% refund  plus $5 processing fee.

Guests have the option to reschedule dates of reservation at no penalty rather than losing money if changes are made more than 1 day prior to reservation.  If changes are made less than 1 day before reservation a $ 10 surcharge may be imposed

No refunds for rain.

No refunds for early check-out.
