Refund Policy

15 or more days prior to arrival: Full refund, less a 3% processing fee

2–14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund

Less than 2 days prior to arrival: No refund

No-show: No refund

All cancellation timeframes are calculated based on the scheduled arrival date. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please note that failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
