Pine Valley Park Terms & Conditions - Please review all the information below and inform all campers coming of the camp expectations
All reservations required full payment upon booking
- Campers must be 21 years or older to make the reservation and to camp without adult supervision.
- The overnight camping and rentals include 2 adults, up to 3 children under 18yrs old. Additional adult and children are extra.
- Visitors of campers must pay the daily admission price before entering the camp.
- All overnight campsite are equipped with water, 30amp hydro, grey water disposal, fire ring & a picnic table. Black water disposal is accessible when you depart.
- Quiet hours must be observed from 11pm until 9am
- Children under 12yrs of age must be supervised at the pool by someone 16yrs +
- Children are to be on a site no later than 10pm.
- Bikes are to be back at site by dusk. No riding after dusk.
- All campfires must be extinguished with water no later than 2am. No fires on windy days
- Ebikes and Escooters are permitted to be riden by 16yrs + only and riders under 18yrs of age are required to wear a helmet.
- Alcohol/Cannabis/Smoking/Vaping only permitted on campsites or in designated areas and prohibited in all common areas of camp. In the event this becomes a nuisance to other campers or visitors, camp management will restrict consumption or smoking.
• Fireworks are not permitted unless sponsored and supervised by Pine Valley Park for special events
Cancellations: Notifications must be in writing sent to info@pinevalleypark.com
Notice given less than 14 days of the arrival date no refund given
Notice given 15 -29 days 25% of the rental cost will be refunded.
Notice given 30 or more days 75% of the rental cost will be refunded

*rentals – please leave the rental unit key on the counter/table
Rental – Lodges and Cabins
No bedding, no towels, no toiletries are provided
No smoking inside the rental units
*Credit card on file will be processed for any damages or lost items that may have occured during your stay when the final cleaning inpsection has been completed after departure
