everything was perfect

Lot was a difficult back-up. Power was located reversed from sewer and water. Extension was required. Should be noted on rental. People were kind. We could hear I-95. Ear plugs required.

Nice place, good/very nice office people/manager, clean. A bit of highway traffic noise or I would give it a 5+ star rating.

Good morning. We've been to the Pinederosa campsite three times. It is a beautiful campsite and well located to visit Ogunquit and Wells. I have a small point to share with you. If possible, think about installing small fire spaces with a stove adapted to be able to cook on the embers. At least for campsites near the river and for tents. Here is an example of the kind of fire pit that would be good.

Very clean campground, the pool at the end of the day was amazing!

Pool is very nice. Grounds are well kept. Easy visitor policy. Nice layout. Site are well spaced. Sewer would have been nice….. Bathroom stalls were short. Sweating cold water pipes kept floors wet. Flat sites need regrading to make them level. Try pipe insulation to see if it stops the sweating pipes.

The campground is great. People were very friendly and helpful. Bathroom and showers very clean, however, it was way too noisy for my mom and I (what with the highway being right there) so we left early.

The campsite was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The owners were warm, hospitable, and attentive to their guests. The amenities were both immaculate and fully functional. While the campground’s convenient proximity to I-95 produces a gentle, ambient highway hum, we found it functioned as pleasant white noise that actually made for a great night's sleep.

The toilet stalls are not long enough for comfort .

Kids loved the campground. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. The site was super big and accessible. The only con I have is that they allow tents all around the pond but that does not show up on website map. I picked my spot based on the map and when we arrived there were 5 tents between us and the pond.

Every time we come we feel welcomed. It's quiet, campers always seem super respectful. The amenities are perfect for our little family. It's always just nice.

Site was very unlevel with lots of roots. Bathrooms are clean.

The campground was nice and clean. Paying for a shower was a bit much though after paying a good price per night for a water and electric site. The music in the bathroom was ongoing and because we were right next to the bathroom we could hear it in the evening. Wondering why it was playing in there all the time.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Very nice pool and the property is well maintained. It was a great time!

Clean facilities and sites and a friendly staff

The sites were spacious and grounds were clean. The only issue was expecting a water front lot that was more like a drop off. Not a deal breaker but should not upcharge for that. The only issue was the restrooms. No room in them and didn’t seem to work properly. Would try coming back again.
