We didn't see an employee during our whole stay and the office hours weren't clearly stated which created confusion. Everything else was good, clean bathrooms and camp spot :)

Was a great stay

The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is the highway noise. Otherwise this is a great campground top to bottom!

Lovely and spacious campsite. Clean bathrooms with excellent piped in music, and beautiful grounds. We plan on staying again when we come back to Wells!

Looked great going in.. NOT kid friendly place though. Heated pool- not even close. Stocked fish pond- with 3-6 feet of wild plants around the entire pond... Lake view rv spots- with a 30 ft STEEP incline into still swamp like water. Bees infested everywhere, and odd swarms of flying ants coming out of the ground. Added bonus when glass bottles were found all around our campsite by our 3 year old. Nice looking woodsy camp ground if you dont have kids, but you like bugs, cold pools, and dead branches falling. The owner was kind and gave us a refund of the night we didn't end up staying for.

It was a nice campground and I loved the trees, the lake, and general aesthetics. I have 2 comnents. First are the outside washers and dryers; this is the first time I've experienced them being outside, though covered. I guess I woul have liked to see some more room in front of the machines to maneuver, maybe some sirt of flooring or covering that can be cleaned, versus just cement, then there's the awkward post by the working washer to get laundry out of and put into the dryer. Before I forget, the office staff were very nice and helpful. The second comment is about my site. It was a nice site, but getting into was very tricky and challenging. My next door camper in E7 sad the same thing and they had to take the swaybar off makethe sharp backing up turns. I booked through Campspot and only a non satellite map is shown, so when I got to my site, I was quite surprised... a tree on one side of the front of the campsite with a fence on the other. Whike walking around, I saw many sies I would have preferred. Perhaps a satelitte photo could be incorporated in the Campspot app or maybe a link to get a better feel of the camoground. I chise tge site since there wasn't a site directly acros from me, but with backing and the trees, it made my backing more challenging. Ok, I think I've tried to explain these 2 items asbest I can. Very peaceful , well maintained campground. Staff are very nice and helpful

it was lovely for the most part. The sound of traffic however is a bit distracting and is why I only give it four stars. Even though we were in the trees you really can hear the cars on the highway.

The sites are well spaced, love the wooded environment. Easy to check in.

While Jenna and Jeremy can’t control weather we simply enjoyed our holiday weekend at pinederosa.
