AG PARK RV GUEST AGREEMENT & REGULATIONS

Platte County Agricultural Society (PCAS) | Columbus, NE

1. OCCUPANCY & REGISTRATION

 CHECK-IN: All RVs must register with the General Office prior to parking or connecting to services. A

valid permit must be displayed in the designated area at all times.

 SHORT-TERM ONLY: These hook-ups operate on a short-term basis only. Guests may not create a

permanent residency.

 THE 30/7 RULE: Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 30 consecutive days. After 30 days, the unit and

all occupants must vacate the premises for a minimum of 7 days before being eligible to return.

 WORKER EXCEPTION: Out-of-town workers may waive the 7-day vacate rule by providing proof of local

employment (e.g., a current pay stub or letter from an employer).

 TERMINATION: The PCAS reserves the right to move any RV or terminate occupancy at any time and

for any reason. The PCAS provides one notice before immediate termination.

2. RATES, DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

 DAILY RATE: $35.00 | 30-DAY RATE: $850.00 (All stays must be paid for at the time of booking).

 NO REFUNDS: Refunds are not issued for early departures.

3. SITE & RV STANDARDS

 APPEARANCE: RV exteriors must be free of obvious, poorly repaired damage. All doors, windows, and

panels must remain intact.

 STORAGE: All belongings must be stored inside your RV at all times. NO outside furnishings, cages,

tents, tarps, or indoor furniture allowed outside.

 CLEANLINESS: Your area MUST be kept clean. You are responsible for your trash; dumpsters are

available near the main building.

 MOBILITY: RVs must be ready to move at all times. NO RV or vehicle repairs are permitted on-site.

 VEHICLE LIMIT: Only one secondary vehicle is permitted per RV space.

4. CONDUCT & UTILITIES

 PROHIBITED: NO alcoholic beverages outside of the RV Park, NO fireworks, NO open flames, NO mail

service, and NO smoking in public buildings.

 PETS: All pets must be on a leash while outside and remain inside the RV at all other times. NO outside

pets, tethering, or outdoor cages.

 SEWAGE: You are 100% responsible for your sewage connection. Any clogs or spills are your financial

responsibility.

 BATHHOUSE: No longer available.

 QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Maintain peace and respect for others at all times.

5. LIABILITY & DAMAGES

 LIABILITY: The PCAS is not liable for any loss, accident, or damage to property (including damage

during landscaping). Guests utilize the facilities at their own risk.

 DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for all damage or destruction of property or injury to persons

caused by them, their guests, or their pets.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fair access to our facilities for all guests, the following policy applies to all reservations:

1. Cancellation Notice & Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined by the amount of notice given prior to your scheduled arrival date:

  • 14 Days or More Notice: You will receive a Full Refund of all deposits and fees paid.

  • 7 to 13 Days Notice: You will receive a 50% Refund of the total reservation cost

  • Less than 7 Days Notice: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within this window.

2. No-Shows & Early Departures

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation, or who choose to depart earlier than their confirmed check-out date.

I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the Rules & Regulations of the Platte County Agricultural

Society RV Park.
