Refund Policy

Cancellations made 15 or more days before your arrival date are refunded to the original payment method, minus a one-night cancellation fee. We do not offer cash refunds.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable; the full amount paid is held on your account as camp credit toward a future stay.

If you cancel or leave after your reservation has already begun, you will not receive a refund.
