It is a small camp ground next to Lake Ontario. Beaver cabin was comfortable and surprisingly well stocked with dishes, we had brought our own. A small but thoughtfully welcome basket was left since we stayed on mother's day weekend. The showers are basically with great water temp a very short walk away. Hot water in the cabin itself was iffy, the hot water heater had a minor leak just enough to notice. The bathroom in the cabin was cold at night but the space heater kept the main space wonderfully cozy. The minni fridge was a generous size, stove was two ranged excellent gas stove, microwave and coffeemaker provided as well. Toaster didn't work or we ran out of patience, not sure but leaning towards the former. We didn't pull the couch out though i'm 99% sure we could. Hubs said it was fine to sleep on vut sagged in the middle. Sitting on it was fine.. The bunk mattress was firm but nice. Also Dolly the dog owned by the woman running the grounds was an utter joy her owner was delightfuly chatty.

The campground was quaint and quiet, very family friendly. The bathouses were stocked with the essentials and even some non essentials, like books for children and adults, games of candy land and more. The owners were helpful and offered items like canoe and kayak rentals for very affordable prices and offered suggestions of where to be able to fish and kayak. Seasonal campers were also friendly and always greeted you and asked how your stay is. No big parties or loud rowdy crowds. Definitely recommend!
