did not feel secure at all! premium rv site - no way!! we had paid for 2 nights but we did not even stayed for one

There was someone in our assigned spot so we had to not stay here and go to another place. I would like a refund.

Spectacular spot!

Tent spots are pretty small about 20'x20', and cramped right together with no clear division of spots. We got there a later at night and the campers next to us had taken about 1/3 of our space for their truck, 2 tents, and fire circle, but no one was around so we had to move some of their chairs and fire pit to be able to fit our truck and 1 tent. Camping pads are mostly grassy when it's sunny, but the road is pretty muddy. Quiet hours don't exist, people and their kids playing music and running around screaming after midnight, and there is no campground host to enforce any rules.

Over priced for the lack of facilities.

High cost low amenities some areas smelled bad no water or dump.

Nice spot overlooking the Kenai River. Fish clean area fairly clean campground. Water at the site would have been nice. There really aren’t any extras here, but a comfortable place to camp and will stay here again.

Great place to stay if you need to be close to the boat launch area. And if don’t mind constant traffic and noise after hours. Quite hours did not exist during dipnet season. Understandably so… gotta fish when you can and the campsite doesn’t control the tides. Not the best place to camp with a baby who is easily awoken.

In many ways we loved staying here at Port of Kenai, once we got over our expectations as set by the web site. This place is a work in progress, literally. Large machinery moving dirt and debris, late into the evening and directional signs that suddenly appeared days after we arrived that would have been helpful earlier, no showers, no water hook ups, bathrooms next door at the city boat launch, no laundry. We felt like we were the very first campers in a campground still under construction. The part we liked was the view and watching the fishermen launch their boats. The place has great potential, as presented on the web site, but it has a long way to go. We stayed for 12 nights and had family in Kenai to provide showers and there is a laundry in Kenai. Just be prepared to rough it and be resourceful.

Nice view of the inlet. Portable toilets available. Our site had electric hookup. Campground is being redeveloped and it's obvious a lot is planned. Has a ways to go.
