Tent spots are pretty small about 20'x20', and cramped right together with no clear division of spots. We got there a later at night and the campers next to us had taken about 1/3 of our space for their truck, 2 tents, and fire circle, but no one was around so we had to move some of their chairs and fire pit to be able to fit our truck and 1 tent. Camping pads are mostly grassy when it's sunny, but the road is pretty muddy. Quiet hours don't exist, people and their kids playing music and running around screaming after midnight, and there is no campground host to enforce any rules.
