Surroundings and camp sites are lovely, but the twelve hours a day engine, and especially the backup warning horn, of the forklift moving boats, was a total breach of the otherwise potentially peaceful stay. For that reason we would not recommend Kimberling to friends, and certainly would not re-visit ourselves.

The ground was extremely unleveled, which made it difficult to level the trailer and do our normal set up. Also, did not realize there was no water until we got there.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The sites are nice and clean. We walked to Pier 28 for lunch and even had a chance to enjoy a swim. 💕

This huge and gorgeous property has everything you need to enjoy your lake adventures. It has on-site boat ramps, boat rentals, hotel, cabins, campsites, swimming, pool, tennis courts, and much more. The hotel and cabins are super clean. The staff are kind and accommodating.

Everything was great except for the air freshener in the room. Some type of rubber air freshener that is put on the vent. The scent is so strong you can barely breathe when you go in the room. Had to get rid of it and leave the door open to try to air out the room.

Closest bathrooms were closed. Broken glass found throughout campsite. A loud electrical buzzing noise that goes off every 5 minutes or so… nice fire pits.

We love camping on the bluff!! It is quiet, beautiful and our favorite place to camp in the Branson area!!! The ladies at the desk are super nice and helpful! Great place!!!

The noise from the marina was continuous. They were storing boats all day everyday including Sunday. When you spend &57 per night to camp you want tranquility not the sound of heavy machinery.

The hotel is VERY clean and comfortable. All the staff are kind and courteous. The Manager, Julie Whattam, ensures we have a nice stay. The cleaning staff work hard as well as the maintenance crew (especially Brent). We love there are 2 boat ramps on the property as we bring our boat. Beautiful resort!

Everything was fine until 7:00 AM when an industrial zero turn radius lawn mower woke us up and spraying our camper and SUV with debris.
