Great campground, wonderful individual and group sites and fire wood for sale. Well maintained beach with modern playground, fire pits, picnic tables near beach with docks for launching kayaks and other water craft with an easy accessible marina and boat launch. Wonderful trail around the lake for walking or biking 🚴 is approximately 9k’s Only negative point is the Sheerness Generating Station is across the lake and it will blow off pressure around 9/10 pm for 20/30 min that can be annoying when trying to enjoy a camp fire 🔥. However, still a great place with very friendly staff.
