Prairie Oasis Park — Reviews

The park itself is beautiful. But the spot we had, we could not put our step down due to the railroad ties. Should be taken out on the passenger side of vehicle.

Nice spacious sites. Clean, lots of activities

This was our first time at Prairie Oasis Park and we loved it. This is a very well maintained campground and the beach and playground are beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Your RV was full and overflowing on Sunday. Luckily, we were going towards Hanna and not the other way or it would have been super inconvenient to travel a long way with your black tank full.

Nice big sites with power and water. More showers need to be on site for a campground that size and flush toilets need to be installed. The large beach is awesome with a very good boat launch, and marina to tie up your boat.

The sites were spacious and clean plus we found the beach to be a wonderful feature. The staff at the kitchen/grocery shop are wonderful and friendly. This was our first visit and we loved it!!!

Great spot and the beach is perfect.

2026 was our third year in a row coming to Prairie Oasis. It will be an annual getaway for us! Sites are big, clean and some are shaded. My only complaint is the showers. Since they eliminated the need to pay for showers, people are taking much longer showers. Plus there are only 2 shower houses with just 2 stalls which really compounded the issue for us. More showers houses are needed or loonie showers need to come back.

The spaces were great. The people were really nice. Everything‘s clean well looked after well maintain we hung out at the dog beach because we have a dog. It was a great spot for the dog and for people.

Clean, great water.

Showers need an update.
