Very clean. Host was very informative. Nice size spots. Met the owner Steve way cool guy. And he is very caring about his property. Loved the place right on the Provo river. Beautiful spot will definitely go there again if in the Provo area.

Property was beautiful. - bathrooms and showers- not so much. Would highly recommend you pick a riverside spot!

Absolutely beautiful stay! Trout in the Provo River for fishing, the office has tube rafts for rent with life vests and oars provided for no extra charge; as well as a few RV parts for sale such as hoses, adapters, and other products, cold drinks s'mores kits and wood for the fire pits if you didn't plan for a fire like me. The river has a lot of shallow areas which were perfect for my 5 and 4 year old to play in. Their was a mama bear and cubs during the time of our stay; just to be aware of. Would be 5 stars if their was working septic at each site, their is a dump station conveniently located at the entrance of the park across from the office. Be aware also, their are a TON of sprinklers at the sites which operate from 11pm to 6am on a 45 minute rotation. Happy Camper.

The location is beautiful, but it was very difficult to get into the spot. The fact that there is no sewer hookups and the dump station is almost impossible to get into is disappointing. Also having the hookups on the passenger side of the trailer is very backwards, since ALL RVs have their hookups on the left side.

The views were amazing. The park was clean and although there was no sewer hookup at your personal site, they do have a dump station and provide clean bathrooms and showers to conserve on your own tank as needed. Everyone was kind and friendly and if you like to fish - this is the place for you!
