This 2XL double site offers plenty of room for larger groups and multiple vehicles while providing a peaceful riverfront setting. Availability: This site is available with full seasonal hookups through October 31. It may also be reserved during the winter at a reduced rate; however, water hookups are not available during the winter months. Site Capacity: * Accommodates up to 2 RV's * Parking for up to 4 additional vehicles * Maximum of 10 guests * Up to 4 dogs Additional guests may be added for a fee. Any additional pets must receive prior approval. Hookups and Amenities: * 50-amp electrical service * Picnic table * Fire pit * Culinary water hookup during the regular season Please note that we do not currently offer functioning sewer hookups at any of our sites. Although a sewer connection may be visible, it is not connected and must not be used. We are actively working to add sewer service and will update this description when it becomes available. Culinary Water Use: The culinary water hookup is provided for use inside your RV only. It may not be used for portable pools, hot tubs, misters, or similar outdoor water features. Please do not remove the backflow regulator from the water spigot. A **$15 replacement fee** will be charged if it is removed or damaged. Tent Policy: Tents are permitted only on graveled areas. Tents may not be placed on the grass, and tent stakes are not allowed.

Cabin

Click HERE to book*** - Cabin 1 is a beautiful roomy 1 bedroom cabin located steps from the majestic Provo River. There is 1 bathroom that has a bathtub/shower combo, with a separate room for the vanity. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a smart TV along with all the necessary bedding. There is a pull out sofa in the bedroom for extra guests or relaxing. The family room has an island with 4 stools, a sofa, 3 lounge chairs, a wood burning fireplace and a kitchen table with room for 4. There is both air conditioning and heating to keep you comfortable. Wood is not included with the cabin stay so please bring your own firewood or purchase it at the store upon arrival. The cabin has a private 4 person hot tub on the porch overlooking the Provo River. There is also a BBQ grill and patio table and chairs. The kitchen is a full kitchen with Fridge, Stove, Oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and keurig. The kitchen is stocked with dinnerware and many other necessities for cooking. There are no pets allowed. There is parking for 1 car only. Call the office prior to booking if you need more parking. Renting this cabin comes with access to over a mile of private land located on the lower Provo River. There is a park located right outside the cabin door where there is a basketball court and playground. Some weekends through the summer we have movies and bands in the park. This cabin is located on the East side of Provo River Resort which is a beautiful RV Park. This cabin has a maximum of 4 guests and 1 parking space. If you need more parking please check with management on availability prior to arrival. We offer discount passes for a fun canopy tour zipline nearby as well as tubing and paddleboarding. There is a small store on site for any incidentals you may have forgotten along with drinks and snacks.

Lodging

Click HERE to book*** - Come stay in these authentic Teepee's located on an island inside the Provo River Resort. There are 3 Teepee's on the island and you can reserve one or all three. There is no furniture or power in the Teepee or on the island. You'll walk across a small bridge to get to the Teepee. Teepee island is located in close proximity of the park and showers and restrooms. There is a maximum of 6 people allowed for 1 Teepee reservation. If you need to add more people to the reservation you can come to the store/office to pay the fee. You'll want to bring a tarp to sleep on. Also be aware that these Teepee's do have a hole in the top for veneration. This is a great feature, but be aware that if it rains you may get wet. Feel free to bring a small fire pit to put inside if you wish. You may also bring a tarp to cover the hole in case of rain. There is a reserved parking space for 1 car only. If you need to bring another vehicle you can pay for extra parking and park above in our overflow parking lot.
