Convenient to town and easy access to Mountain Washington for mountain biking. Great stay. Only downfall was the construction going on in he campsite but we were out and about during the day so didn’t affect us to much. 😀

I needed a place to pitch my small tent beside my car and sleep for the night. This was one of the few places with space in the area. It was serviceable but not great. It's really a big graded field with a few token trees. I was torched in my tent as soon as the rose. There are streetlights throughout the camping area, which I find incomprehensible, and kept me up because it was so bright. Why go camping if you're just going to see the same lights as you would at home? The biggest thing though, is that I arrived late and registered online as the sign on the door asked. I got a bunch of booking confirmation, and they definitely took my money, but I did not get the washroom code or wifi password. Apparently this has to happen in person. A kind fellow gave me the former so I could brush my teeth and use the washroom before bed. At best it was OK, at worst wildly overpriced for what it is. There should be smaller sites in the trees for people who aren't driving massive trucks or trailers, and it should be significantly less money to tent. Oh and give out the washroom code to after hours arrivals.

Very nicely setup campground, super clean facilities and nice management. The campground is right next to a river that is a lot of fun to float down. It was an excellent experience.

The site Iwas placed on had 6" of drop from the front axle to the rear axle. It takes a lot of work to level a 25,000 lb coach by 6". I have the assurance of the manager that they will regrade the pad.
