Very tidy bathroom and shower facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Close walk to the river. Quick 5-min drive into town for groceries. Gave 4 stars as the lower tent site area is quite exposed in some sites, so was very hot in the sun, ended up sitting in chairs in the shade of our car.

Although the front desk staff was very friendly we did not get the site password or code for showers and the fire pit had some garbage in it. Otherwise, we had a great stay and a lovely swim in the river. The stores, restaurants, and the 'happening' Gladstone Brewery were just a short walk into town! Bonus

Great campsite, we were on the lower field with power & water. Lots of space, playground, short stroll to the river to cool off, bathrooms & laundry nearby. So close to downtown Courtenay & only 15 mins or so from Cumberland bike trails. I would stay again.

Great view but can't plug in the 15amp plug. sockets won't allow 2 cables .
