This campsite is great, clean and large grounds especially in the new part. But the only problem is the road to get there. A winding road with several tight curves, with our 40 feet we found the path not very suitable.

The people who cut and weed whack around the campers did it while we were there and didn't even blow any of the grass off of our carpet and personal belongings. Lady next door loaded under her camper with Moth balls, she had a white light on the front of her camper and we asked her politely if she could turn it off and would not do it. Campers were literally like 4 feet apart from one another. Just overall a bad week there and definitely wouldn't camp there again. I

The campground was clean, well kept and beautiful. The bathrooms/showers are well maintained. Loved all the greenery and the wildlife. It drove the dogs’ senses nuts. We hope to come back and take in more of what the park offers.

Love this park and would definitely go back. Great hiking trails! Had a blast kayaking and also floating in tubes. Friendly people!!!

The facility is wonderful. The campground address listed on Campspot is incorrect. This took us to their main office downtown not where the campground is located.

For overnight it was fine. Really disappointed to see so many spots taken by permanent campers. Unable to get to the lake. The Internet map of the campground is not a true picture of the park.

I love West Virginia, and I've been coming to Beckley for over 20 years now. I've stayed in motels but this is our second time camping. I love Lake Stevens and it's quite environment. I know its off season and all but over all I love it. Thanks again.
