Refund Policy

RV Campsites:

• Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25 service charge.

• Cancellations made between 8-14 days to arrival will receive a full refund minus 50% cancellation fee. 

• Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit full reservation. 

Cottages and Lodging Units:

• Cancellations made 22 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less a $25 service charge

• Cancellations made between 15-21 days to arrival will receive a full refund minus 50% cancellation fee. 

• Cancellations made within 14 days of scheduled arrival will forfeit full reservation. 

Long-term stays (30 days or greater)

• Cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit up to 45 days prior to your arrival, less a $75 service charge. Background check fees are non-refundable. Cancellations made after this date and prior to arrival will be forfeit full deposit amount paid. 

Holiday Reservations 

• Up to 30 days Prior to Holiday 1 day Cancellation Fee. 30 days or less Prior to Holiday NO REFUND, NO RESCHEDULING. Holidays are : Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.
