Great location, not too crowded. Campsites are spacious and can enjoy both sun and shade.

The showers sucked! Cold water and black mold on the walls. Also no access at 10 pm. Stuck outside your camp if you don’t get back in time

The park is nice and staff was friendly. The bathroom s could have been cleaner. My complaint s our the flies and mosquito s are horrible. Way to many flies and the mosquito s ate me alive Other than that it was relaxing and quiet

This is a nice place to come camping but it would have been helpful to know that there was triathlon going on that same weekend when we booked. They said it happens on that weekend every year (which is fine) but post it clearly on the website when people go to book a campsite for that specific weekend. We reserved a pavilion for the party and were not told anything about being able to have pinatas. The rules printed online are NOT the same as what we were given at the gate. The whole weekend felt like we were being told new rules for various things and made it seem like the rules kept changing to whatever the manager felt like. Just be clear next time.

The staff was helpful for the most part. The location near the lake was good. The restrooms and showers were very dirty.

Check in was easy and park and site was clean and ready to go.

We visited on the weekend. Our mistake. The place was overwhelmed by day users and large groups of folks in group camping. The bath house was gross. The campsites were clean and the grounds, as a whole, we're well-maintained. But on Sunday morning, the bathrooms were a wreck. I'd never visit again on a summer weekend. Maybe another time...

While, I love camping here and have overall had great experiences, I was upset this time that a new employee Romeo came over and told me I had to stop fishing while the sun was still setting. well, it is not expressly written in the rules the fishing hours like the hiking hours are written, even following the hiking hours as a guide, there was still at least 30 minutes before it was going to be dark out and I did not appreciate having my time cut short. This is my first out of five visits where this has ever happened to me.
