Amazing experience and good customer service, I will back again to enjoying with my family

This place is amazing. Its beautiful, private, perfect for a quiet weekend getaway. The spots are big, I was worried with our new tent if we would fit but everything was great. The spots are also kept clean. Also Wood was easy to access at all times of the day or night. My only issue was the bathrooms. They are described as primitive and thats exactly what they are. I cant be upset at that but it was jarring how many flies were in them and the smell was horrible. I had to clean the seat every time I went and had to hold open the door for a minute to let out all the flies. But other than that I absolutely loved this place. I was disappointed in the fact the river wasnt right off the campsite but thay really wasnt an issue as the access was close and easy to find. The river was absolutely beautiful. Knowing what we know now about this place we will be better prepared and will definitely be back. We already scoped out the next spot we want to camp on the property and cant wait to come back.

Great riverside sites! Lots of space. Easy access to firewood. Pleasant employees. Only Thai g that would make it better is a flushing toilet…lol…but it IS camping after all

We arrived around 6pm. The area was beautiful. It was super hot and buggy. We had questions. No one was there. We wanted to move to a different spot. We called the number that was on the door of the office, but never got a callback, ever. We ended up leaving and not camping there.

The staff was vary friendly and helpful, my only wish it was a little easier to get down to the river

I love this place. The only issue is I had purchased the sensible weather insurance and all Saturday morning it poured not rained it poured and was confined to the tent and had to skip breakfast because it was pouring all morning. The eligibility is too strict in my opinion. The whole morning was a washout. Other than that I love the place and the owners are awesome. I will come back regardless of weather but will no longer purchase the sensible weather it’s just not worth it.

Always a great experience! Nice sites- we were located along the river and loved it. We had a great time playing in the water in the morning with our kids. Our fellow campers were amazing too. Very friendly people from all over. Our 6 year old made two little friends immediately.

Check-in was super easy and our site was HUGE, like we didn’t need the XL site for 3 tents but we did it anyway and it was great. Bathrooms are super clean, showers are hot, and it was so quiet. Was pleasantly surprised by the cell service too!

This place rocks! Clean, peaceful, quiet. Lots of room for any activity you can imagine. We threw a disc, played cornhole, fished the river off the bank, fished the pond from a paddle boat, and took advantage of their shuttle to their private “put in” for a 3.5 mile kayak trip. Kinda weird to say but the cleanest porta-jon I’ve ever been in. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We look forward to going back!

It's a great space that is easily accessible yet still far away from civilization. But more importantly, the people are incredibly nice and helpful

Great as always! Second time here. The fall colors were amazing! Very nice primitive camp with different camping options; in the woods, by the river or under the stars! The sky was amazing with little light pollution! Planning a return visit in the summer to enjoy the river!!
