Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Daily/Weekly:

• Reservations of less than 3 nights are required to be paid in full at time of booking.

• Group reservations of 3 or more nights will require a 1 night deposit at time of booking.

• Reservations cancelled before 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.

• Reservations cancelled after 30 days and up to 8 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of deposit paid.

• No shows and early departures receive no refund.

Monthly:

• Reservations will require a $250.00 deposit at the time of booking.

• Reservations must be paid in full 7 days prior to arrival.

• The deposit becomes nonrefundable within 30 days of the reservation start date.

• No shows and early departures receive no refund.
