Cancel 8 to 15 days before Arrival = 50% refund.

Cancel 7 days or less before Arrival = No refund.

If cancellations are made 7 days or less prior to arrival, there is no refund, unless we are able to re-rent your cabin/room, then you may receive a partial refund. The refund amount will be depending on how many nights that we can re-rent.

Groups booking (2 or more cabins/rooms) must give at least 1 month notice to receive a refund.

During the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and holidays, deposits are non-refundable, and reservations may not be rescheduled. Early departures do not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
