The Riata Premium Covered Back In sites are all fully asphalt paved with concrete curbing. They measure 45' deep and 15' wide fully under cover. The site covers are well made of structural steel. In addition, each site includes an area 25' wide x 15' deep to accommodate the parking of 2 vehicles. All sites include 30/50 AMP service as well as water and sewer connections, WIFI access and security camera coverage.
The Riata Pull through sites are all fully asphalt paved and located in close proximity to the pool, clubhouse and other amenities. They measure 50' deep and 25' wide. In addition, each site includes space to park a personal vehicle. All sites include 30/50 AMP service as well as water and sewer connections, WIFI access and security camera coverage.
