Bathrooms were backed up into showers for 2 days that I’m aware of!

No problems. Not much shade or privacy but we needed a place and they were very accommodating.

A nice quiet community. Great location to shopping, restaurants, and downtown. Beautiful brand new club house amenities, brand new laundry facilities, great outdoor space with fire pits, tables and chairs. I see so many wonderful improvements since the new owners purchased the property, and the new beautiful homes being built within the community. Only downside is RV area could benefit with Wifi access and cable TV. Some of the sewer connections could use repair and we were unable to thread our sewer hose into the connection. 50amp was perfect, never an issue.

Nice place to stay! Wonderful new club house, laundry and shower room. Quite and the stay was very nice!

Everything was good except for periodical electric issues with 50 amp breaker.

It was quiet and we’ll kept. We got in after hours & it was hard to find campsite. Online map didn’t show our site at all & signage was poor. Site 137 was hard to access with curbing and a big hole in the middle of concrete pad. Avoid that site if you can.

Tight camp sites in an unremarkable RV section nestled among old modular prefab homes. Fortunately we were there only one night.

Not so great. Someone overstayed in the assigned campsite and the alternate campsite given had a hornets nest in the electrical box. Also the breaker for the 30 amp power kept tripping and we weren't using anywhere near 30 amps

Nice quiet place to stay but will be even better when shower and laundry are complete.

There were very few instructions and because the office was closed we had to figure out on our own where to park. We were there just after 6:00 p.m. and had told them when we made reservations that we would be a late arrival. There was no internet available that we were aware of. No contact was made at all to see if everything was okay. No customer service.

The campground was very convenient to our business in Denver. Our site had no shade available and was completely on stone. So ambiance was lacking. But the site filled our needs and I would stay there again if I need to spend the night (or 2) in Denver.

No public shower or toilet. No bench/table. Just a simple parking space. Too expensive for that

We did not stay but ate our supper and departed since we did not realize there would not be toilets available for us 24/7

It was clean, quiet and convenient

No amenities. We knew that coming in but still could not be higher due to no showers.

No bathroom, no WiFi,no cable tv. No laundry. I didn’t see on web site that everything is not working.

There was no space # on my confirmation, so we went to the office and no one was there. Called the number and took a while to get through to anyone so we would know where to go. Otherwise we were very impressed with the park.
