Cancellation Policy

For Reservations cancelled MORE than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date we will issue a refund, minus a Cancellation Fee of $25 per site. For a cancellation of a Reservation more than 1 week but 2 weeks or less prior to the arrival date you will incur a Cancellation Fee equal to one nights’ stay per site. For a Reservation cancelled 1 week or less prior to the arrival date (or in the case of a no show or if you choose to leave earlier than expected) you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the Reservation per site. If the Reservation has not been paid in full in advance of the arrival date, the debit/credit card on file will be charged for any remaining balance due. If you are due a refund of any remaining balances, you may choose to have a Camp Credit issued instead of a refund. Cancellations for kayak, canoe or tube rentals made anytime will forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel canoes, kayaks, and/or tubes within 24 hours of your river trip you will not receive a refund of any monies paid towards that trip. We do not refund due to bad weather. In the case of dangerous weather you may receive credit for a future river trip. Subject to availability. Camp Credit can only be redeemed in the same calendar year as the cancelled Reservation and can only be applied to your site rental. For Reservations paid with a credit/ debit card refunds will be put back onto the card on file, cash refunds will be credited to the card on file with respect to the Reservation. If there is no card on file a check will be sent out within 10 business days. Booking Fee of $5.00 is non-refundable from time of booking. Any processing fees applied to a reservation are non-refundable.
