Terms & Conditions

By checking in, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Check-In / Check-Out: Check-in is 2:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is $20 and late check-out is $30, both charged automatically if requested or if check-out occurs after 11:00 AM.

  • Speed & Driving: 5.5 MPH speed limit throughout the resort; stay on designated roadways.

  • Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Loud music, excessive noise, and unmuffled or loud exhaust vehicles are not permitted at any time.

  • Pets: Maximum two pets per site. Pets must be leashed at all times, cannot be left unattended, and waste must be picked up immediately. Certain breeds and aggressive animals are not permitted.

  • Parking & Vehicles: Up to two vehicles per site (or one vehicle and two motorcycles), parked within the site boundaries. Vehicles must be registered with management, in good condition, and unauthorized overnight guest parking is prohibited. No vehicle maintenance or oil changes are permitted on-site. ATVs, side-by-sides, and minibikes are prohibited on the property, and utility, boat, storage, or auto trailers are not allowed without prior approval from management.

  • Water Use: Site water hookups are for connecting your RV only. Washing vehicles, pets, or any other exterior water use is not permitted.

  • Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, including in facility buildings (restrooms, showers, laundry) and anywhere near or in the river.

  • Trash: Small trashcans around the property are for small items only. Large trash bags must be taken to the dumpsters at the Welcome Center or the west end of Row C.

  • Site Condition: Sites must be kept clean and orderly, free of exterior storage, debris, and unapproved alterations, decking, or fencing.

  • Fires, Grills & Smoking: No open fires or fire pits. One operational grill per site (propane or wood pellets only). Smoking is permitted at individual sites only, never in common areas. Fire restrictions must always be followed; current restrictions can be reviewed at https://sites.google.com/eaglecounty.us/ecemergency/fire-restrictions

  • Firearms & Fireworks: Firearms, bows, fireworks, air rifles, and drones are strictly prohibited on the property.

  • Utilities & Waste: No gray or black water dumping on the ground; a $500 fine and immediate eviction apply for violations. Guests are responsible for proper electrical load management and any resulting damage from misuse.

  • Wildlife: Do not feed, approach, or harass wildlife. No bird feeders or similar attractants.

  • Facilities: Restrooms, showers, and laundry rooms are shared spaces; please be courteous, clean up after yourself, and follow all posted rules.

  • Posted Signs: Please respect and follow all posted signs throughout the property, including at the playground and other common areas.

  • Conduct: Guests are responsible for the conduct of their family members and visitors. Disruptive, threatening, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the resort.

  • Liability: Riverdance and its owners are not responsible for loss, injury, or damage to person or property from any cause. Guests agree to hold Riverdance harmless from such claims.

  • Rule Violations: Violations of resort rules may result in warnings, fees (up to $1,000), or eviction, at management's discretion.

  • Reservation Termination: For serious or repeated rule violations, management reserves the right to terminate a stay and remove the guest from the property without a refund.

  • Full Rules: This summary highlights key policies. The complete Riverdance Rules and Regulations are available at the office / on request and govern all stays.
