Our goal is to ensure every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience. To help make that possible, we’ve established a few guidelines for everyone’s comfort and safety. By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow these guidelines. Management reserves the right to modify them at any time without notice. Please help us keep the park clean, safe, and enjoyable for all.

Quiet Hours:

  • Please follow quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am to respect all the guests.

Licensed Vehicles:

  • All vehicles, RV's, and boats must be properly licensed and insured. Management reserves the right to approve all units.

Liability:

  • Management is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss. Guests agree to hold River Landing RV Park LLC harmless from all liability.

Check-in/Check-out:

  • Check-in is at 1:00 PM EST, and check-out is at 11:00 AM EST. Please call if you need a late check-out. Pre-register for additional days by 10:00 AM EST.

Parking:

  • Only one camping unit and two vehicles per site. Additional parking arrangements are available. Unauthorized parking may result in towing at the owner's expense.

Subleasing:

  • Subleasing of sites is prohibited. Site rentals are not transferable.

Reservations: 

  • We encourage reservations. Specific lot requests are subject to re-assignment to maximize occupancy. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations:

  • $30.00 cancellation fee.
  • Nightly, Weekly + Monthly Reservations: 14-day cancellation notice is required.
  • No refunds for cancellations after the 14-day notice period, shortened stays, or weather related issues.

Customer Responsibility: 

  • Guests who damage park property or another guest’s property are responsible for making restitution. Any electrical issues must be reported to Joni at 850-447-0743 or 850-643-8123. Only our licensed electrician is permitted to perform work on park electrical systems.

Weather Policy:

  • Tropical storms and hurricanes may require mandatory evacuation. No refunds due to weather.

Speed Limit: 

  • The speed limit within the park is 5 MPH.

Rates:

  • Weekly rates are for 7 nights; monthly rates are typically for 30 nights.

Pets:

  • Maximum of 2 pets per RV site. Pets must be leashed, quiet, and cleaned up after. Pets are not allowed in buildings, playgrounds, or pool areas. Aggressive pets are not allowed.

Children:

  • Parents are responsible for their children's safety and conduct.

Vehicle Washing:

  • No washing of vehicles, RV's or boats at campsites.

Fireworks:

  • Fireworks are prohibited.

Smoking: 

  • No smoking or vaping in any campground building. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.

Golf Carts:

  • Respect other campers. Please stay on roads through campsites or common areas.

Valuables:

  • Store valuable items safely. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Campsite:

  • Keep your campsite neat and organized. Fires are allowed only in approved fire-pits. Do not tamper with landscaping, electric or plumbing systems. Only licensed and approved electricians and plumbers are allowed to service our electrical and plumbing systems.

Behavior:

  • Rude behavior, public intoxication, nudity, drugs, or vulgar language will result in immediate removal without refund.

Fish Cleaning:

  • Please do not clean fish at your RV site.

Picnic Tables:

  • Do not move picnic tables without authorization.

Unlicensed Drivers:

  • Only licensed drivers may operate vehicles, golf carts, motorcycles, mopeds, or scooters. ATV's, mini bikes, dirt bikes, and go-carts are prohibited.

Camper Readiness: 

  • Campers must be road-ready. In emergencies, you must be able to move your camper within an hour. All personal property must be easily removable.

Sewer Collars: 

  • Required by law for all units.

Outdoor Equipment:

  • No outdoor electrical units, such as refrigerators or air conditioners are allowed.
