Cancellation Policy

Cancel fee equal to 50% of the deposit given for daily and weekly stays. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to receive a partial refund. Cancellations made for less than 72 hours will result in No Refund. A non-refundable holding fee of $100.00 will be required for Monthly rentals with a maximum of 10 day hold.
