Terms & Conditions

General:

 Tenants and guests of tenants are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

 The RV Resort is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicles.

 We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies of the RV Resort.

 River Ridge RV Resort does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to monthly tenants inside the RV Resort. The tenant will need to set up a PO Box for mail delivery.

 All Motorhomes, RV’s, or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance. Any model over 10 years old must submit pictures for approval to RV Resorts management.

 Speed limit on property is 5mph.

Check In / Check Out:

 Check in starts at 3:00pm CST on the first evening of your stay. You will not be

able to enter the gate until 3:00pm or later. The code to enter isn’t active until 3:00pm

 Check out is at 11:00am CST after the last evening of your stay. You will need to consult management if you need to stay later than 11:00am on your day of departure.

Site Changes:

 You have been assigned to a specific site during the reservation process. Any changes in site location will need approval through River Ridge RV Resort management before changing sites.

Fires / Fire Pits:

 No open fires anywhere inside the RV Resort.

 No fires allowed with a wind speed of 10mph or higher.

 No large campfires.

 All campfires must be contained inside of an approved fire ring or other similar fire containment device and must be approved by River Ridge RV Resort management.

Parking:

 Please do not drive or park any vehicles or trailers on the grass surface. Any damage to the grass surface at your site due to additional vehicles will accrue damage charges to the account on your reservation.

 Most sites will accommodate 2 vehicles. Do not block the roadway with multiple vehicles.

 Each paid site is allowed 1 RV and 2 vehicles.

 Additional parking will be on the southside of RV Resort.

Storage:

 No storage building is allowed at site on monthly rentals. Any storage of items under or around your RV must be in containers neatly organized and not on grass surfaces. RV Resort Entrance & Exit Points:

 The entrance point for the RV Resort is at the northeast area. The exit point is at

the northwest area. Please use the appropriate gate for entering and exiting the RV Resort.

Park Navigation:

 Please be respectful of the tenants in the RV Resort and do not walk between the campsites when walking to and from the Laundry/Shower facility, Dog Park and other campsites with friends and family. Use the main roads.

Rugs:

 Please keep all rugs and turf type throws on the concrete surface.

Park Maintenance:

 We have designated maintenance days for mowing, weed eating, spraying and watering throughout the RV Resort. Some campsites will have additional activity according to the schedules of tenants arriving and leaving the RV Resort. Please keep your personnel items picked up and off the grass areas. After the first notice of your campsite needing cleaned you will receive an additional fee of $20.

Tents:

 No tents allowed at any campsite. ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles and Golf Carts:

 All ATV’s or Dirtbikes must remain on trailers while inside the RV Resort.

 No maintenance allowed on ATV’s or Dirtbikes inside the RV Resort.

 Street legal Motorcycles are permitted and will convey as one of the 2 vehicles allowed at each site.

Laundry:

 Laundry room is open 24/7 to registered guests. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We’re not responsible for accidents or theft.

 Please respect the equipment when using.

 Please do not give the laundry room code to any additional guests.

Restrooms:

 For the comfort of all the tenant’s, restrooms are open 24/7 with the exception of temporary closing for cleaning of the facilities. Please help with keeping the restrooms clean.

Quiet Time Policies:

 Quiet time is from 10pm to 7am. Any loud activities including music, conversations or children will be warned only once and then asked to leave the RV Resort without a refund.

Trash Disposal:

 Dumpsters are located throughout the RV Resort. Please tie all trash bags completely closed and put trash completely in trash dumpsters. If the dumpster is full, please find another container and contact management. Please do not place trash bags on ground anywhere in the RV Resort.

Children:

 All children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

 You are responsible for your children!

Clothes Lines:

 Not permitted

Fireworks:

 No fireworks permitted inside of RV Resort.

Firearms:

 Firearms are permitted but must obey all Oklahoma firearm laws.

Repairs:

 Repairs or maintenance to RV’s and Vehicles are not permitted inside the RV Resort. We’re happy to recommend a local repair / maintenance service.

Carports:

 Not allowed.

Decks:

 Consult RV Resort Management.

Pet Policies:

Leash:

 Pets must always be on a leash. Only when dogs are inside the dog park can the leash be removed. This helps you; your pet and other guests and other guest pets stay safe.

 No pets allowed inside of Laundry / Shower facilities.

 Any aggressive dogs must be kept on a leash, even inside the dog park area. You are responsible for your pets actions towards other people and their pets.

Cleaning up after your Pet:

 Please clean up after your pet. It’s your responsibility to clean up your pet’s waste. This includes inside the dog park area. Failure to clean up your pet’s waste will result in either the pet being removed from the RV Resort or you being asked to leave the RV Resort without a refund.

Leaving Pets Unattended:

 Pet’s may not be left unattended outside of your RV.

Pet Vaccinations:

 Due to insurance requirements all pets must have current vaccination records and wear the tags.

Barking:

 Excessive barking will not be tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave the RV Resort.

Tobacco and Vaping Policies:

 No use of any tobacco products or vaping products inside of Laundry / Shower facilities. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

 No spitting on the concrete areas around the campsite areas. Use a spit cup.

 Please clean up all your cigarette butts. Do not throw any cigarettes in any trash receptacle. Its your responsibility to extinguish your cigarettes in an approved container. Consult RV Resort management for approved containers.
