The park is surrounded by the beautiful Montezuma Wildlife Refuge and offers waterfront campsites and cabins along the river. Bring your boat and launch at their marina, or rent a canoe/kayak to enjoy a day on the water. They offer 26 boat slips that can be rented so you can wake up in the morning and go fishing without any hassles. The walleye, black bass, perch, trout, and monster catfish are sure to show you a good time! For those who prefer a more relaxed vacation, kick back, and enjoy the sun at the pool or tour one of the local wineries. I really enjoy spending time with my camp friends who camp here. The mosquitoes are unbearable this year, they seem to be immune to deep outdoor spray. Bring in your own drinking water. The prior owners were a major reason why I came here.

Site was beautiful, waterfront & access, pretty level and very large. No shade there but several other sites were well shaded. Campground was nice, smallish, quiet & private. Wished we could have stayed longer.
