River's Edge Campground — Reviews

Very nice campground. Clean, spacious sites with full hookups. Bathhouse is modern and heated. It’s somewhat isolated, but if you’re looking for a quiet, well kept campground we recommend River’s Edge Campground.

We stayed on site #2 with a 35' camper. The park layout makes it very easy to maneuver your camper or RV into your campsite. Our only issue was that the sewer hookup was too high above ground to easily drain our tanks during the stay. It took some manipulation of the sewer hose to complete. The campground is only a couple years old and we would certainly recommend the campground to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area. Very clean facilities, awesome camp store, plenty of activities for the kids, and great views of the nearby mountains! We hope to return at some point!

We had a wonderful time at River's Edge recently! It's a new campground area, with fresh, clean facilities and tidy campsites. Our dogs enjoyed the walking path nearby that encircled a lovely field. Hope to return again if not this fall, then in the spring!

This is one of the best campgrounds I have been too. The site are spacious and spaced apart enough to feel comfortable. I like the astro turf! It really helps keep the dirt and mud down. The bathrooms are immaculate. The campground is very quaint and peaceful. They have large fire rings, nice tables, a few things for the kids and themed weekends. We just did the Halloween weekend. That was really cool and fun! Very family friendly and dog friendly. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, you will not be disappointed! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Super clean bathrooms and shower rooms! Well maintained compared to some big campgrounds we’ve been! Yes KOA I’m talking about you!

Everything was clean, and despite being in nature, I did not see any critters in the cabin. The campground is in a beautiful spot and the views were wonderful. The showers and the rest of the facilities were the cleanest I’ve ever seen on a campground. We were only sorry we didn’t have a longer stay.

Wonderful sites, very quiet

Staff was wonderful and helpful. All facilities were clean, well kept. We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at River’s Edge. The campground was very well maintained, staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for, laid back and quiet. My son loved being right by the creek and the swimming hole was perfect to cool off in and enjoy being with family.

This was our very first time visiting and i already can’t wait to book another trip, the views are breathtaking, the sites are very well kept and spacious. The facilities are so clean and the camp store was so lovely.

Great weekend getaway! Quiet, clean, and comfortable! A+ atmosphere if you like a tranquil spot to relax away from chaos! I especially like the turf around the site. It rained and we didn’t track mud and dirt into the camper.
