When they say river front you expect a view. Thats for sure not the case. The rivers edge is way over grown and not taken care of. The so called 45 fr plus rv site barley for us because the trees over hang into the site. Also the supposed level site was not at all. Had to raise our bus off the ground 8” in the front. Dog runs are very small and they have tons of room to make them bigger. Other than that if your not in a bus not the worst place that’s for sure
