Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are not eligible for any refund.

Cancellations made 8 - 14 days before Check-in will receive a refund in the amount equal to 25% of the reservation total.

Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in River's Edge will retain a fee of $45 and Guest will receive a refund of the remaining payment.

There are no refunds after Check-in.

There are no refunds for weather/acts of nature, voluntary departure, or eviction.
