Very nice, well kept and quiet campground. Located conveniently to the fairground where the FunFest was occurring. Would camp here again!!!!

Nice, small campground run by the city of Evart. Short two night stay on a river site (#5) was great. Camp host is friendly and informative. We walked into town via a walking/bike path and stopped by the Farmers Market on Saturday and also got some ice cream treats at the Dairy Whip. Brought our tandem Kayak and launched right from our campsite, paddled 2.5 miles upstream (good workout) and floated back. Facilities are a little dated but everything works just fine. One shower room in each restroom and the water had good pressure and nice range of temperature. Firewood available at the campground and nicely priced at $4 a bundle. Cell service (AT&T) at the campground fluctuated from one bar or nonexistent but the campground had WiFi with decent speed (129 Mbps down/11 Mbps up…via Speedtest) Overall a relaxing stay and the price is hard to beat!
