  • The amp size at the RV Park is 50 amp.

  • Maximum length of an RV is 60’. There is room for opposing slide outs.

  • Picnic table at each site

  • Fire pit at each site.

  • Cost will include Campspot, Fiserv, Hopkins County transient tax of 4%, and 1% transient tax to State.

  • Stays can only extend to 14 days in a 30-day period

  • Checkout is 1 p.m. Checkin is 3 p.m.

  • No washing of Vehicles or RVs

Additional Rules and Policies – Riverside Park RV Campground

 

1.       Definitions:  The following terms shall have the meaning as defined below:

a.       Camper:  Any person or persons who have registered to use a Site at the Campground.

b.       Campground:  The entity operating the Riverside Park RV Campground.

c.       Property:  The property on which the Sites of the Riverside Park RV Campground is located.

d.       Site:  A single campsite.  The Campground contains a total of 12 Sites (6 primitive tent, 6 RV).

e.       Visitor:  Any person or persons at a Site with permission of a registered Camper.

 

2.      Registration:  All Campers and Visitors must self-register and pay for site use within thirty minutes of arrival at the Property

 

3.      Quiet Hours:  Quiet hours shall be observed at the Property from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. RVs must be set up no later than 8 p.m.

 

4.       Visitor Policy:  Visitors are permitted but must comply with all terms and conditions of Campground.  Guests are responsible for their Visitors’ compliance with Campground’s rules.  Each Site is allowed a maximum of eight (8) people, including Visitors.

 

5.       Vehicle Policy.

a.       No more than two (2) vehicles shall be permitted per Site, including Motorhomes, RVs, or Travel Trailers.

b.       The operation of four wheelers, ATVs, utility type vehicles, or similar vehicles is not permitted at the Property at any time.

c.       Vehicles shall not block adjacent sites or roadway.

 

6.       Site Use/Maintenance.

a.       Campers and any Visitors shall not engage in fighting, threatening or abusive language, lewd acts, or any conduct that causes public inconvenience, annoyance, alarm, unreasonable noise, or is unreasonably disturbing to other Campers.

b.       Campers and Visitors are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

c.       All Sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of any stay.

d.       All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the Property.

e.       Trash shall not be left out overnight.

f.        The total number of people in any Site cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that Site.

g.       A Motorhome, RV, or Travel Trailer, or other personal property of Campers or Visitors shall not be left unattended for longer than 2 days without permission from Campground, with permission being based upon the best interests of the Property.

h.       All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.  Campground reserves the right to refuse access to any Camper whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

i.        Maintenance on RV's or vehicles on Property is not allowed.

j.        Washing RVs or vehicles on Property is not allowed.

k.       Dishes, pots, pans, and silverware shall not be washed at spigots at the Property.

l.        Sewage or gray water from Motorhomes, RVs, Travel Trailers, or any other accommodation of a Camper shall not be disposed of on the Property.  The Campground does not maintain any sewage disposal site at the Property.

 

7.      Pet Policy.

a.       Guests shall be limited to one pet for each space or unit rented

b.      All pets shall:

                  i.      Be kept on a leash or otherwise restrained at all times;

               ii.      Have current inoculations for rabies as prescribed by the Camper’s state of residence; and

                iii.      Not be tied to trees or shrubs

c.       A Camper shall clean up after its pet.

d.      Campers unable to control their pet may be asked to leave the Property.

 

8.      Liability for Campers.  Campers are fully responsible for the actions, behavior, and any damages caused by any person residing in or visiting their Motor Home, RV, Travel Trailer, or their Site, including but not limited to family members, co-occupants, roommates, and registered or unregistered Visitors.

 

9.      Property Damage. Campers and their Visitors are legally and financially responsible for any damage to the Property they cause, whether intentional or accidental. Willful damage or defacement of the Property will result in immediate eviction and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

 

10.   Indemnification. Campers, Visitors, and all other persons on the Property (including but not limited to anyone associated with the Camper or Visitor) acknowledge that staying at the Property involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, physical harm, property damage, property loss, or accidents caused by natural events, recreational activities, other guests, other visitors, or any pets. By entering and remaining at the Property, Campers and Visitors voluntarily assume all risks associated with their presence on the Property. In the event of any injury or harm, whether caused by themselves, other Campers, other Visitors, their pets, or environmental factors, the Campground is not liable for any physical injury, harm, or loss and Campers and Visitors agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Campground, its employees, volunteers, agents, or affiliates from any claims arising from such incidents regardless of whether such incidents arise from negligence or unforeseen circumstances.

 

11.   Release of Liability.  Campers and Visitors waive and release Campground from all claims, liabilities, or demands that may arise due to injury, loss, or damages suffered while on the Property.

 

12.   Miscellaneous:

-          Children shall be supervised at all times.

-          Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.

-          Open flame fires are allowed in fire rings only and shall be attended at all times.

-          The cutting of trees or other vegetation at the property is prohibited.  Campers are permitted to collect fallen dead wood from the property.

-          Campground does not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any Campers or Guests. Campers must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.

-          The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.

-          Clotheslines are not allowed.

-          No items may be hung from trees or shrubs.

-          No object or objects may be driven into a tree, shrub, sign, building, or other object or structure at the property.

-          No trenching or digging is permitted at the property.

-          No fireworks are allowed at the property.

-          Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.

-          A Camper may be asked to move to facilitate maintenance on the property.

 

13.    Campground reserves the right to evict without refund any Camper, Visitor, or any other person(s) who does not comply with these Rules and Policies.

  • 15–21 Days Notice: 50% Refund

  • 0–14 Days Notice: No Refund

  • No Show / Early Departure: No Refund

  • Full Refunds if flooding closes the park
