This place is difficult to get a camper in and out of. We have a little camper and there was not room to navigate around the over grown trees and decorative rocks and logs.
Being first time visitors, we were unaware that you could not drive into the grounds upon entry,
but had to be buzzed in. This caused a backup at the main gate because we had to call for assistance to enter and many cars were behind us honking while we sat there unable to do anything. Another guest actually scanned her card to let us in so we could get out of the way.
The assistant manager was wonderful. As we entered the park, she knew that our camper would not fit in the site that online said it would, so she changed sites for us on the spot.
The firepit on our site was full of someone else's garbage and the playground was full of trash.
The highlight was how nice the bathroom facilities were. However, the automatic lights shut off very quickly leaving some family members in a very dim situation.
